SocialMadeSimple Announces Special Program for Boston.com Real Estate Customers

SocialMadeSimple and Boston.com will collaborate to assist local real estate professionals to leverage social media to market their business and grow relationships with their target audiences, home buyers and sellers. Boston.com Real Estate customers will have access to SocialMadeSimple at a special member rate and enjoy unique benefits including social media educational seminars.

The first of these events was held on June 22 at The Boston Globe. The event, called The Social Connection, featured Matthew Shadbolt, Director of Interactive Product & Marketing at The Corcoran Group, as its keynote speaker. Shadbolt, who is widely recognized as a pioneer in creating a successful digital brand through the use of social marketing, spoke about what social media means for the real estate industry and shared examples of how The Corcoran Group is using social in innovative ways to connect with prospective home buyers and sellers in the NYC area. Following the keynote address, Geoff Cramer, CEO and Co-Founder of SocialMadeSimple moderated a panel of local real estate professionals who discussed how they started using social media to market their business and shared tips and advice with the audience. The event was presented by Boston.com and SocialMadeSimple, in partnership with the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®, and MLS Property Information Network (MLS PIN) and was well received by the local real estate community.
