TDCI Conference Draws Record Number of BuyDesign® Users

TDCI Inc.(CDI), the leading provider of configurator-based software, today announced that the Forum of the company Customer Perspectives 2011 held September 12-14 in Columbus, Ohio had a record participation of the users of the BuyDesign ® guided selling company and product configurator software - more than twice as many participants as the conference a year ago IDD. Including users and BuyDesign TDCI MAC-PAC XE ™, the software and others, the conference attracted nearly 200 people from 70 companies.

Rhonda DeMuth, CEO CDI, a shared vision IDD and summarized some of the important achievements of the CDF in the past year, including recognition as a manufacturing partner of Microsoft in the final of the year, an expanded relationship with Infor a positive assessment of Gartner and record revenues.In addition, the conference included a keynote "chat" with Bob Irwin, successful entrepreneur, CEO of MaxID, and former CEO of Sterling Commerce. In addition to product updates for both BuyDesign and MAC-PAC XE, the agenda of the conference included a track BuyDesign business focused on strategies for effective deployment of set-price-quote (CPQ) solutions for direct sales, dealer / distributor and e-commerce channels, to increase efficiency and sales in these channels. He also presented a technical track with guidance and advice for designers of model configuration and IT support teams.MAC-PAC XE users followed a unique program called "A Day in the Life ..." that followed the complete flow of activity throughout a company from order to delivery. Panels of interactive users , sessions input client, a solution of the active center, and numerous networking events completed the program.

Learning how to house train dog is the first thing any new owner should do. It should take no more than two weeks to be successful as long as you are committed and consistent in your approach.

If you have just come home with a new puppy you may be amazed at just how much it urinates, some will do it every two hours! There are signs you can look out for that will help you to know when your new pet needs to go, for example they may start to look around anxiously and start sniffing at the edge of the room, or sometimes walk around in a circle.

Whatever the time of year and the weather, you need to take your dog or puppy outside as soon as they have woke up. Once you are outdoors you can give a command such as “ok now” which over time they will learn that it means it’s alright to relieve themselves now.

You should realize that a puppy does not know the difference between right and wrong behavior, it is something that you have to teach, and only with your input can they develop the correct nature. But most dogs will want to please their owners, this makes the task easier.

Dogs learn quickly and are highly intelligent animals. When they do relieve themselves outdoors y ou should praise or treat them as opposed to ignoring them if they do their business indoors.

It is possible to paper train most puppies and small dogs on old newspaper. To begin with place the paper in a location that is convenient for the dog and also not in anybody’s way. Make sure you praise him or her when they use it. Treats should be given sparingly as you don’t want to end up with a fat dog – some puppies can empty themselves more than ten times a day! Gradually you can move the paper closer to the door and then out into the garden. Remember, dogs have a great ability to recognize scent, they will know were they have gone before.

If your puppy does have an accident indoors it is very important to clean the area thoroughly as the scent will be strong and you do not want a repeat performance. Unless you catch him or her in the act do not tell them off as they will not understand why you are angry.
