Don't we all agree that a double chin looks unattractive on any day in any situation at any place? Unfortunately, this unappealing fold of fat not just troubles the overweight, but could haunt just anybody. Everyone has a fat zone somewhere on the body, be it in the form of saddlebags, love handles or double chins. But unlike saddlebags and love handles, a double chin is almost impossible to hide.

HOW DO YOU GET A DOUBLE CHIN?

A fat zone under the chin gives you a double chin. It happens when the fat around your neck sags down and creates a wrinkle, creating a line to give the appearance of a double chin. It is most likely to come up on people who are elderly or obese. However even a person with normal weight can have it due to the amount of loose skin or their bone structure. The less sharp the angle between the jaw line and neckline, the greater the risk of a fleshy neck. Double chins could also develop due to poor posture or genetics.

HOW CAN I GET RID OF THIS EXTRA SAG NATURALLY?

If you are prepared to make changes in your lifestyle and stay committed to it, there are a few things that you can do to prevent or reduce a double chin.

- Watch what you eat. This is probably the most effective way to do it. The fewer calories your body has to process, the less fat you'll find on your face. It really is that simple.

- Exercise your jaws. The muscles in your face responsible for keeping your jaw line tight are the same muscles that you use to chew and make facial expressions. Working-out your jaws is a good way to prevent fat buildup or loose skin in that area.You can do this by chewing a sugarless gum or chew your food really well. This will help define your jaw line and thus reduce the appearance of a double chin. There are various other exercises can be done as well. Try sitting and then tilt your head back as far as you can. While holding this position, open and close your mouth several times feeling the muscle stretch each time. If you exercise on a daily basis, you will begin to notice a difference.

- Get in shape, if your double chin is part of the overall weight gain. Of course, watch what you eat.But other than that, start an exercise routine. Walk, run, join a gym or doing anything you enjoy doing to lose weight. Then, start weight training to tone your muscles.

- You might as well use makeup to hide the fat. Apply a darker shade of the foundation under the chin and mix thoroughly with the foundation on your face. This should make the rest of your face bright and your double chin less noticeable.

Double Trouble For 'World War Z' Production As Matthew Fox And Ed ...

Just a matter of weeks ago actors Ed Harris and Matthew Fox's names were being bandied about for small roles on board the Brad Pitt produced 'World War Z'. Sadly both guys have now stepped down from the project which is currently shooting on location in Malta. Now it appears some quick re-casting is required to fill the two actor-less holes in the production. Thankfully though Pitt himself is still starring in the Max Brooks' novel adaption and he'll be joined by Mireille Enos, James Badge Dale and hottie Julia Levy-Boeken (below).
